Insurance companies are often quick to have an adjustor evaluate your potential claim. They may call you or even show up at a hospital or your residence to tell you they can get money for you quickly.

In many instances, the insurance company’s offer may be fair and there would be no need to hire an attorney. However, because there is no precise formula for determining the value of most claims, a free consultation with an attorney is strongly recommended.
